Since 2003, Fredrik has lectured on Revenue Management at the Restaurant Academy. He has previously been Controller and Revenue Manager at the Grand Hôtel in Stockholm, co-founder of St George and Eggs Inc, trainer at FEI, teacher and wine merchant. He has also helped Benchmarking Alliance to build “Restaurant Trends” and today he works half-time as CFO at Pontus Group and with his own company Pingvinen. With several years of experience in the restaurant industry, Fredrik is a solid knowledge bank in finance and leadership.
