James currently works as the Strategic Account Director at OTA Insight working with our chain clients and helping to expand OTA Insight’s footprint within these clients. Prior to this James led the Customer Operations team scaling it from 12 people in 2017 all the way up to 57 post pandemic. Prior to OTA Insight, James was responsible for driving STR Global’s Hotel Recruitment Strategy across Europe as the Head of Business development for Europe. James also did some operational and sales roles for Marriott International.”
