Russell Leads the Revenue Management team at Klarent Hospitality. He has over 27 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Since joining Klarent Hospitality, he has been pivotal in the implementation of industry-leading technology and ecommerce strategies across the portfolio, helping to drive exceptional results through strategic and efficient delivery. Russell was previously the Director of Revenue UK&I at Accor Hotels and has worked for companies including Hilton, Guoman, & IHG. His innovative approach to revenue management saw him awarded IHG Revenue Manager of the Year for EMEA due to the largest growth in RGI across that region. Russell regularly features at industry events. He was a lecturer in Revenue Management at Glion University, the world-renowned hospitality management university.
