Amrita excels in preparing and executing pre-opening and post-opening operating budgets, implementing innovative pricing strategies, analysing distribution costs, and fostering a revenue culture to maximize profits for her hotels.

Amrita’s strategic acumen extends to international ventures, as demonstrated during her interim role as Director of Revenue at The Standard, Maldives. She played a pivotal role in repositioning Carpe Diem Resort to The Standard, Maldives. Prior to her role at Virgin Hotels, she has led revenue and sales teams for hotel groups such as The Standard Hotels, IHG, Radisson Hotels, Principal Hotel Company, and Native Serviced Apartments.
