Professional with 15 years of career at Starwood Hotels & Resorts, in leadership roles in the commercial and operational areas. He was General Director of the Hotéis Real group, where he led a profound restructuring. Graduated in Hotel Management, he has several diplomas in Leadership, Strategy, Finance, Marketing, Branding, Sales, Six Sigma, and Blue Ocean Strategy, from schools such as INSEAD or MCE. He founded BlueShift in 2012, being distinguished, in 2017, as the best General Director of the Marriott group in Europe. He is currently CEO of BlueShift, Chairman of merytu, a technology company that revolutionizes the job market and also a Board member of Tripwix, a platform for luxury travel lovers.
