A glimpse into Cindy’s keynote
The speech will explore the shift from relying on Big Data to embracing Deep Data for more meaningful applications in the hospitality industry.
While Big Data shows what customers do, Deep Data reveals the motivations behind those actions – whether they travel for business, leisure, or with family, and what context shapes their stay. When paired with Artificial Intelligence, Deep Data enables hotels to deliver meaningful predictions, personalized recommendations, and new revenue opportunities.
